Data we publish

This site republishes information already published by the National Treasury in its deviation and expansion reports. That information concerns government departments, public entities and the suppliers they contracted with, in the course of public procurement. Where a report happens to contain an individual’s name (for example a sole proprietor), it is shown only as it appears in the public source. If you believe personal information is shown that should be removed or corrected, contact contact@tender-deviations.org.

Data we collect from visitors

This site is designed to function without collecting personal information. It does not require accounts or logins. Standard server and CDN logs (such as IP address and request metadata) may be processed by our hosting provider for security and to keep the service running. We do not sell visitor data.

Cookies and analytics

The site aims to use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics are added, that will be noted here.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information relating to you, subject to the public-interest and journalistic/expression considerations that apply to this kind of public-record reporting. Requests: contact@tender-deviations.org.
